Keith Fogle, Vice President and COO
Keith started his career in 1984 by joining the U.S. Army as a Food Service Specialist. In 1992 Keith started part‐time at Trans/Air Mfg. as a bus air conditioning installer/draftsman while attending Penn State University for Mechanical Engineering Technology. In 1992 Keith started at Hanover Lantern as its first computer aided draftsman. He helped create the first P.C. network and would later transition into the I.T. Manager. Since Hanover Lantern was a smaller company, Keith had to fill other areas including Manufacturing Engineering, to improve manufacturing processes and U.L. to manage the safety of the products. In 2008, Hanover Lantern was bought by Genlyte. In 2009 when Genlyte was sold to Philips, Keith transferred roles to become Transformation Leader, applying Lean Manufacturing principles and would be the project manager for their SAP ERP system implementation. |
Ken Rohrbaugh, Plant Manager
Ken has almost been there from the beginning of Hanover Lantern. Ken started in 1988. Ken first started working in the post manufacturing side of the business. As the company grew, so did Ken from a lead person, team leader, plant manager, facility manager to special project manager over his year with Hanover. Ken has a total of 27 years working for Hanover Lantern and knows Hanover Lantern inside out, from the process, to product, the quality and the craftsmanship it requires. Ken has the experience, knowledge, ability and heart to make Hanover great again. |
Christina Smith, Production Control
Chris worked at Philips focusing on LEAN activities, mostly on the Hanover Lantern brand, before it was discontinued. Chris has product knowledge and contacts with some of the former employees as she worked hand-in-hand with them on the shop floor. Chris was also a backup for many departments, including Shipping, Production Control, HR and Accounting. |
Justin Stanley, Human Resources/Customer Support
Justin graduated from Millersville University with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and finished his Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology at William James College in July 2018. Justin is an important part of serving both our internal and external customers. His ultimate career path with Hanover is to be our Human Resource Manager. Justin will have the opportunity to the learn business from the ground floor and move into his chosen field as the company grows. |
Tate VanScoyoc, Engineering Manager
In 1998, Tate began his journey in Hanover Lantern's machine shop. After obtaining a degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design, he transitioned to the engineering department in 2000. He remained a part of the engineering team throughout the company's changes of ownership and then returned “home” to Hanover Lantern in 2021. Tate says he loves the family atmosphere at Hanover Lantern, and the team's willingness to pitch in and do whatever is necessary to exceed client expectations.
